Prince William was completely outmatched by a celebrity A-list actress who teased him for missing the dartboard, as evidenced by body language.

In a video recorded at Alexandra Palace, the Prince of Wales joined Emmy award-winning actress Hannah Waddingham to promote the Earthshot report documentary.

Waddingham and William struggled with the dartboard in a friendly competition, which led to laughter from the two in a video shared by Kensington Palace.

Judi James, a body language expert, observed that Prince William seemed impressed by the Ted Lasso actor, suggesting that his reaction to the playful teasing revealed his genuine pleasure and friendly camaraderie with Waddingham.

“His wide smile indicates a relaxed and playful exchange, revealing how he’s allowing himself to be teased by a celebrity he clearly admires,” James told the Mail.

Prince William shared his personal insight and explained how the Earthshot initiative operates after the darts match while discussing his ‘decade of change’.

Viewers flooded social media with comments praising Prince William’s laid-back demeanour and quick wit, expressing how refreshing it was to see the future King letting his guard down and enjoying a lighthearted moment with Waddingham.

BBC One will air the upcoming Earthshot report documentary at 5 PM on Sunday, featuring a promotional sketch that indicates this playful moment.

The documentary showcases environmental solutions from around the globe, spanning from the Western United States to Ecuador, South Africa, and the UK.
