King Charles decides to put ‘brutal’ 2024 behind with special Christmas reunion

King Charles is set to cherish a family reunion on Christmas after the ‘hardest’ and ‘brutal’ cancer battle.

According to OK! Magazine, royal expert Jennie Bond said the upcoming royal festivities at Sandringham House will “mean the world” to the monarch and his wife, Queen Camilla.

The royal couple is set to host esteemed family members including Prince William and Kate Middleton after a difficult year.

Notably, for the first time, Charles extended an invitation to Camilla’s stepson, Tom Parker Bowles, to join the royals at Sandringham.

The royal commentator said, “After the year they’ve had, I’m sure it’s going to mean the world to the King and Queen to have as many of their family as possible joining them for Christmas.”

She added, “And, as the number of youngsters increases, the celebrations become more and more child-oriented. Which is exactly what Christmas should be all about.”

“I’m sure this will be a Christmas when the whole family will want to unite around Charles and Camilla, and William and Catherine, to help put this year behind them and cheer them into a brighter year ahead,” Jennie shared.

For the unversed, King Charles and Princess Kate announced their cancer diagnosis in February and March 2024 respectively.

The Princess of Wales revealed in September that she has successfully completed her cancer treatment. On the other hand, the King is still undergoing medical treatment.
